Gifts, Hospitality and Gratuities: TEKNACORP establishes an explicit authorization system and strict controls for all its employees, to request, receive or grant gifts, bonuses, fees, commissions, advances, travel expenses, checks, debit cards, entertainment, securities or any other another document that can be converted into money, as well as any other thing of value from a third party with whom the Organization has business that could affect objectivity in decision-making of the position or compromise the good name of the company.
