Structural curves
We inform you of the expansion of our business lines to include bent pipe products used in structural applications such as bridges, highways and architectural uses in the design and construction of shopping malls, stadiums and sports structures, office buildings or recreational parks. Its application ranges from the functional to the aesthetic.
The bending process offers a uniform geometric finish throughout the length of the arch. In addition, the bent elements offer an optimal cost/execution/aesthetic ratio for the parts. For example, if several pieces of steel are cut and welded together to create a mitered (segmented) “arch,” it is much more expensive and time-consuming to manufacture and finish than rolling them in one piece.
Induction bending capacity from 2” to 36” in diameter in thicknesses from ¼” to 2”. In the following materials:
- Carbon steel pipe, high yield grades (X52, X60, X65, X70), stainless steel or chrome alloy steel
- Duplex, super duplex
- Inconel, Hastelloy
- Titanium
- Aluminum
- Corten
